It can be done in Many ways.
1)Using
Paint
By Changing(reducing from 100% to 20%) Horizontal Percentage
Image Size will gets Reduced.
2)Using Microsoft Picture Manager.
Right Click on Image->Open with->Micro Soft Office 2010
Select “Resize/Compress” Options(these options will be under Edit
Pictures).
For Uploading Images for Examination applications/For Emailing...
(1)Open PDF file
(2)Tools->Select&Zoom->SnapShotTool
(3) Select Required Image with Mouse.->Click “OK”.(Now
Your Image will be copied.
(4)Open Paint->use “CTRL+V” -> Image will be Copied into Paint
(5)in paint
(file->Save as)
Now Your IMAGE is Ready....
