It can be done in Many ways.
1)Using
Paint
By Changing(reducing from 100% to 20%) Horizontal Percentage
Image Size will gets Reduced.
2)Using Microsoft Picture Manager.
Right Click on Image->Open with->Micro Soft Office 2010
Select “Resize/Compress” Options(these options will be under Edit Pictures).
For Uploading Images for Examination applications/For Emailing a
photo predefined web parameters are used. Select required Option Carefully.
After This step, You will Get Re sized Image without Missing
any Clarity
