3 sections
1) Aptitude questions
2) Electronics questions
3) C programming questions.
Aptitude is bit easy.
In electronics, they had given
circuits made of transistor, diodes and resistor and asked us to find out
output voltage, voltage across elements, current through elements. Some questions
on op-amp also.
Some questions are :
1. ideal opamp is
_____controlled______source
2. Which area of reversed biased pn
junction diode will have high electric field.
3. Find out voltage and current across
load and diodes, circuit will be provided.
4. Find out collector current and
collector voltage VCE in BJT self bias circuit. circuit is given
with values.
5. Two diodes in series. One diode
connects to +12v supply in forward biased condition and another diode connect
in reversed condition. The resistor load connected in series reversed biased
diode. Find output voltages across diodes and current across resistor.
6. An op-amp circuit is given with both
inputs grounded. op-amp operated in open loop configuration. Find output
voltage
Second round: there are two
technical rounds. They mainly concerned on Academic project
Some of the questions are.
1. What is mean by stepper motor
,working and its sequence for rotation.
2. Why encryption is used while
transmitting data(in my project I am sending data in encrypted format)
3. Explain power supply circuit.
4. Why bridge rectifier is preferred
over full wave rectifier.
5. How voltage regulation is achieved
in voltage regulator(feed back signal from output and error
amplifier)
6. Tell about spi protocol and its
disadvantages.
7. How i2c is better compare to spi.
8. Draw ex-or gate using nand gate.
9. What is mean by optocoupler and its
working.
10. And so many questions regarding my
project. He asked questions on each and every component I used in my project
and its working.
Second technical round questions:
1. Tell about yourself.
2. What are all the things you
know about 8051 .
3. A project is given for you
whose code size is 8k. But target system has 4k memory only. In such situation
what are all the things you will see in source code and how will you reduce
size to 4k.
